Privacy Policy

Our Core Privacy Pledge:BeforeAfter.One adheres to a strict Zero Image Retention Policy. When you upload a photograph to visualize your fitness transformation, that image is processed ephemerally in volatile memory solely to calculate your visualization. We do not store, archive, share, train public models on, or sell your biometric facial data. Once your session ends or the transformation completes, your uploaded media is immediately discarded.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that your browser automatically transmits whenever you visit BeforeAfter.One, as well as voluntary information you supply:

  • Ephemeral User Images: Any front-facing or portrait photo you upload is converted to a transient memory payload. It is never stored in persistent databases.
  • Device & Log Data: Like most web applications, our servers log your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, date/time timestamps, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: We use local storage to remember your cookie consent preferences and standard cookies for traffic metrics.

2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures

We partner with third-party advertising vendors, specifically Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

• Third-Party Vendor Cookies: Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.

• DoubleClick DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

• Personalized Advertising Opt-Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info or the European Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).

3. Web Analytics & Measurement

We use privacy-friendly analytics tools (including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics) to monitor aggregate usage patterns, geographical reach, and site performance. These tools do not record private identifying data and use anonymized IP addresses where required by law.

4. European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are entitled to the following statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California consumers have the right to request disclosure of personal data categories collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do NOT sell or share your personal information or biometric face data to data brokers or third parties for monetary consideration.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

BeforeAfter.One is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will purge such information.

7. Data Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). We employ robust server isolation and access control mechanisms to safeguard our infrastructure.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological advances, regulatory amendments, or new service offerings. Material updates will be clearly reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
